*Costco Shop Card is based on qualifying Shaw carpet and flooring purchases. Costco Shop Card amount is based on the pre-tax price. Additional work required, including sub-floor repairs or modifications, or non-Shaw product purchased may not count toward the Costco Shop Card total. Costco Shop Card offer cannot be combined with other Shaw consumer offer or incentive. See your Shaw dealer representative for details.
The standard fulfillment of Costco Shop Card(s) for your installed project is by digital delivery upon completion of your project.
Digital Shop Card(s) will be processed and emailed to you within 7 business days of Costco’s receipt of your signature on the project completion paperwork. The email will be sent from Costco Digital Shop Card (costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com).
Alternatively, if you opted in for Plastic Shop Card(s) to be sent to your mailing address, please allow up to 4 weeks after signed completion of your project for the delivery.
